A thorough vestibular and neck evaluation pinpoints whether the issue is inner-ear, cervical, or central in origin.

Why It Happens
Vertigo and dizziness can come from several sources: inner-ear crystals that have shifted out of place (BPPV), a vestibular system that isn’t sending your brain accurate signals, or a neck that isn’t moving the way it should and is confusing your sense of balance.
Because the causes are different, the fixes are different too. A proper vestibular evaluation identifies which system is misfiring, rather than guessing or waiting for it to resolve on its own.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for balance and vestibular symptoms.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
A thorough vestibular and neck evaluation pinpoints whether the issue is inner-ear, cervical, or central in origin.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Specific maneuvers and vestibular exercises address the identified cause directly, often bringing relief within a few visits.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive balance and gaze-stability training close the gap between resolved symptoms and confident, everyday movement.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
A home program keeps your vestibular system calibrated and reduces the odds of a repeat episode.

Phase 1: avoiding car rides because turning your head triggered spinning
Phase 4: back to driving, shopping, and daily life without bracing for an episode
Questions, Answered
Often, yes. A large share of vertigo cases come from displaced crystals in the inner ear (BPPV), which specific repositioning maneuvers can resolve, sometimes in one or two visits. A proper evaluation tells us if that's what's happening with you.
We test your eye movements, balance, and neck mobility, and may use specific positional tests to see what triggers your symptoms. That tells us whether the cause is inner-ear, cervical, or central.
It varies by cause. Some BPPV cases resolve in one to two visits with the right maneuver. More complex vestibular or balance issues typically need several weeks of targeted exercise.
