Possible Treatments

TENS uses a low voltage to apply pressure over painful areas using small, self-adhesive electrodes. The electrical stimulation “disguises” pain and “overrides” it. It is a portable, small unit that can be used intermittently to reduce pain and dependence on drugs. It is often prescribed to relieve pain.
